Scott Kirby - Founder of BAC Advanced Solutions
As a Marine Corp veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, my passion is to develop a team of experts to deliver exceptional services. Focused on leveraging strong relationship and knowledge of industry to build strong partnerships. Innovative problem solver focused on leveraging technology to create Energy Efficient Solutions. My core competencies include build automation, systems integration, mechanical system design, and life science facilities.
As the Founder of BAC Advanced Solutions, my goal is to employ the best talent in the industry to create a team focused on delivering exceptional services to our valued customer in a fluid market.
Cameron Kirby - Director of Services
My journey in building automation began immediately after graduating from East Carolina University’s College of Engineering and Technology in 2021. Since being in the industry, I have earned certifications in Niagara N4 programming, BACnet networking, and advanced graphical user interfaces. My core competencies include building automation, systems integration, Niagara AX/N4, and the development of graphical user interfaces.
Some of my personal hobbies include playing golf, playing guitar, shooting, and cheering on the Pirates. Despite having completed my formal education, I like to think of myself as a student for life. I owe a lot of my professional development to the team we have built at BAC Advanced Solutions over the years. I look forward to many more!
Jackson Sannes - Junior Service Technician I
I have three years of experience in the HVAC industry, beginning my career with a locally based residential HVAC company in Wilson. During that time, I developed a strong foundation in system installation and maintenance.
Since joining BAC Advanced Solutions, I have expanded my focus beyond traditional residential work and began building my expertise in Building Automation Systems. I am currently pursing my Niagara certification, along with some other training as well, to strengthen my skill set and better support the needs of our customers.
I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth, and I look forward to deepening my knowledge in HVAC and becoming fully proficient in the Building Automation field.
Bailey Kirby - Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Cybersecurity, I continued my education by pursuing a Master of Science in Accountancy, which I will complete in May. My background blends both technology and finance, giving me a strong foundation in internal controls, data accuracy, financial reporting, and process improvement. At BAC Advanced Solutions, I support the financial side of the business through invoicing, payables coordination, account reconciliation, and improving our internal systems to ensure smoother day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my golden retriever Oakley, traveling, and spending time with friends. I value continuous learning and I bring that same mindset to my role at BAC. I am always looking for ways to make our financial processes more efficient, more organized, and more impactful for the team and the clients we serve.
